Moles (nevi) are clusters of pigmented skin cells that often appear during childhood or adolescence. While most are benign, some may evolve and require medical attention. On the other hand, skin tags (acrochordons) are small, soft, skin-colored growths typically found on the neck, armpits, eyelids, and groin. They are painless but can become irritating when rubbed or snagged.
Both conditions are common—and fortunately, both are treatable through safe, medical-grade procedures.
